  1. Family maximum versus quoted trailer

    A brochure maximum cannot establish the rating of the quoted frame, axle, tire, coupler and brake combination. Request the exact configuration sheet and rating-label evidence.

  2. Payload versus GVWR

    Payload must be calculated from the quoted GVWR and actual empty trailer weight, including interior build-out and options. A generic payload figure can overstate usable capacity.

  3. Unit price versus landed procurement scope

    Keep factory price, customization, inspection, inland transport, freight, duty and destination services on separate lines under one Incoterm.

  4. Series document versus exact model

    FMVSS-related, component and test documents need exact model, configuration and model-year applicability. BumperHaul Source does not grant registration or import approval.
