Before submitting

Make the request useful on the first review

Identify the trailer duty and whether the body is enclosed, flatbed or another form. Add usable dimensions, GVWR, axle count and ratings, empty-weight or payload target, brake and coupler requirements, cargo access, permanent interior equipment and tow-vehicle constraints.

Then specify unit quantity, configuration split, US destination or port, requested delivery window, Incoterm, inspection needs and documents to request. Final availability, factory terms, lead time and exact-model evidence remain open until a candidate supplier answers the controlled RFQ.

Optional commercial preferences

A target budget may be an amount or range, but include currency and say whether it is per unit or for the total order. You can request high-end, mid-range, budget or undecided supplier positioning. That choice describes your preferred cost, finish, customization and service trade-off; it does not mean the site has verified supplier tiers.

What happens next

The requirement is checked for missing comparison fields. Candidate responses can then be normalized against the same configuration and delivery basis. Purchase approval, supplier due diligence, destination compliance review and contract acceptance remain with the buyer.
