Service boundaries
These terms describe an independent buyer-side sourcing support service. BumperHaul Source is not a trailer manufacturer, authorized dealer, insurer, lender, importer of record, customs broker or government authority.
Catalog names, articles and inquiry prompts help structure a request. They do not confirm stock, price, lead time, model availability, factory access, certification, registration eligibility or fitness for a particular duty. Supplier quotations and supporting documents govern the actual offer.
The buyer is responsible for accurate duty and specification inputs, supplier selection, technical approval, contract review, payment decisions and destination-side import, registration and operating requirements. Ratings must be checked for the exact trailer configuration.
Comparisons are meaningful only when configuration, quantity, destination, currency, Incoterm, inspection, document and delivery scope are aligned. A quoted factory price is not necessarily landed procurement cost.
Manufacturer and supplier information remains third-party material and must be verified. No third-party brand identity, warranty or approval is adopted by this site.
Requirements, quotations and evidence may change before contract acceptance. Keep a dated revision record and resolve discrepancies directly in the procurement file.
